Tried to fit…

… all my soup into the bowl.

Success? I think so! Didn’t even spill during its transportation to the dinner table. Greedy? Maybe just a little. Cream of mushroom soup… my favourite! After my mom’s pumpkin and hot&sour soups of course! πŸ˜‰

Packing for Australia…

… is done!

I only have a few last minute items to buy and the clothes I’m still wearing to add toΒ  my luggage! It’s hard to pack your life of 23 years away to move, trying to decide what you need/want to bring and what you can part with or leave behind. I’m very glad that’s done and over with, less to worry and more time to enjoy the holidays with family and friends! πŸ˜›

I have:

  • 2 carry on pieces: 10kg each (standard and backpack)
  • 1 purse
  • 2 checked pieces: 23 kg each (box and suitcase)
  • 1 additional checked baggage: 32 kg (box) There’s a fee of $225 for this extra piece, however, I believe there’s a 10% discount if I check-in online, which shouldn’t be a problem.

I only hope my temporary accommodation will have room to stash all my luggage! O_O

Our failed attempt…

… at decorating (mini) gingerbread houses.

They are tiny… with a width of barely 5cm.

In my defense, it was our first time!!

Mine has got to be the worst though… it’s a “house” I swear. My mom thinks that’s an alien eye. My sister says it’s a boob. It was initially supposed to be a wreath… >_> Then I changed it to a doorbell but realized I don’t even have a door. Uh, fail. French Toast Crunch roof though! And Cinnamon Toast Crunch windows, the TASTE YOU CAN SEE!

My sister’s is just a house. She even has her Christmas lights up.

Andy’s is supposed to be a church. See that green cross? Yep, that’s a church!

Christmas treats…

… sneak peek!

It’s endlessssssss!

(No, you may not click to view larger, sneak peek only! Especially if you’re family!) πŸ˜€

With loads more sugary goodness on the way!

This is what…

… our study room looked like for the first 2 weeks of December.

The focus: Inventory and sorting for jewellery sales.

Thank god that is done and over with! Thank you everyone for your orders and support, December has been amazing! A lot of effort has been put forth into this ride and it’s paid off well! It was fun while it lasted but I’m also glad to be getting ready to put my heart completely into medicine!
