There’s a Vietnamese dish my mom makes that I never grow tired of called Bánh Tằm Xíu Mại.
The best part for me is the flavour combination of the xiu mai (Vietnamese meatballs) and coconut milk… mmm! My attempt on this dish turned out quite tasty using my mom’s xiu mai recipe (I only made a few a changes Mom!). And of course, instead of banh tam I used spaghetti 😀
