      You will need:

      – Potatoes, cut into desired wedge shapes and microwaved for 7-10 minutes
      – Spread them on baking sheet and toss with olive oil
      – Sprinkle with coarse salt, pepper and rosemary
      – Bake at 200C for 20-25 minutes
